Slowly but surely, PC gamers continue to witness the shift in Sony Playstation’s “exclusivity” policy, a trend that has been evolving over the past few years. We are beginning to see many titles that were once exclusively available on consoles gradually becoming accessible on PC, complete with the features they rightfully deserve.
The commitment demonstrated through the acquisition of Nixxes Software, which seems to have played a significant role in this process, has finally led to the arrival of one of the most highly anticipated games for PC gamers. The rumors were indeed true—Jin Sakai is gearing up to defend Tsushima Island on PC.
Sony, Sucker Punch, and Nixxes have officially announced and introduced Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut for PC. The title “Director’s Cut” aligns it with the available Playstation version, meaning it comes with additional content such as Iki Island, multiplayer mode – Legends, and the Kurosawa mode.
Through the debut trailer they released, Nixxes also assures support for a variety of features that should be available on PC, including ultra-wide monitor support, DualSense effects for PC, and a range of AMD and NVIDIA technologies.
The PC version of Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut is set to be released on May 16, 2024. Detailed specifications requirements are yet to be revealed. Are you planning to embark on this gaming journey?
