The OPPO Find N3 is rumored to incorporate the LYT800 53-megapixel primary camera sensor, a significant departure from the traditional IMX prefix used by Sony for its camera sensors. This shift in nomenclature was introduced by Sony in November 2022 when they introduced the LYTIA branding for their upcoming mobile camera sensors, including the LYT900, LYT800, LYT700, LYT600, and LYT500.

Sony Semiconductor LYTIA recently disclosed on Weibo that an upcoming OPPO smartphone, believed to be the OPPO Find N3 foldable phone, will feature a LYTIA image sensor boasting double-layer transistor pixel technology.

According to a tipster known as WHYLAB, the OPPO Find N3 is expected to house a formidable LYT800 53-megapixel camera sensor, which is equivalent in specifications to the IMX888 sensor. Furthermore, it has been disclosed that the Vivo X000 series will also incorporate the same camera sensor.

In addition to the primary camera, the Find N3’s rear camera configuration is slated to include a 48-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 32-megapixel telephoto camera equipped with 2x optical zoom capabilities. On the front side, a 32-megapixel camera is anticipated, along with a 20-megapixel cover display camera.

OPPO has yet to officially announce the launch date for the OPPO Find N3. Initial reports suggested a release this month in China, but the latest information indicates that the launch might be scheduled for October. Alongside the N3, OPPO is expected to unveil other products, including ColorOS 14, the OPPO Pad Air tablet, and the Enco X3 TWS earbuds.
