Xiaomi’s sub-brand, Redmi, is gearing up to introduce a trio of cutting-edge devices – the K70, K70 Pro, and K70E – exclusively for the Chinese market on November 29. These devices have been generating buzz with teasers on Weibo. If you’ve been eyeing the K70E, here’s some exciting news: the device is slated for an international release as the Poco X6 Pro.
This information comes to light through an NBTC certification in Thailand, linking the model number 2311DRK48G with the name Poco X6 Pro.
Additionally, the Indian variant, identified by the model number 2311DRK48I, has received certification from BIS, signaling an upcoming launch in the Indian subcontinent. Notably, the Redmi K70E carries the model number 2311DRK48C, with Xiaomi traditionally using the “G” suffix for globally released devices, “I” for India, and “C” for China.
In the global market, the Poco X6 Pro is expected to feature a 6.67-inch OLED display boasting “1.5K” resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it will be powered by the Dimensity 8300-Ultra SoC, supported by up to 16GB of RAM and offering storage options up to 1TB.
The device will pack a robust 5,500mAh battery with 90W charging support, making it a formidable addition to the X series. Pricing details are eagerly anticipated for this high-performance device, setting the stage for an exciting global debut.
